Shipping with Care
Every Di Pelle™ order is carefully packaged and shipped with the same attention to detail that goes into crafting our products. We deliver throughout Egypt and to select international destinations.
Domestic Shipping (Egypt)
We offer reliable delivery throughout all governorates in Egypt:
- Greater Cairo and Alexandria: 1–3 business days
- Other major cities: 2–4 business days
- Remote areas: 3–7 business days
Free shipping is available on orders over EGP 1,000. For orders below this threshold, a flat rate of EGP 60 applies.
International Shipping
We ship to select countries in the Middle East, Europe, and North America. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Partners
We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe, timely delivery:
- Local express courier networks within Egypt
- DHL and FedEx for international shipments
- All shipments are tracked and insured
Delivery Confirmation
For your security, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If you're unavailable, the courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the package to our warehouse.
Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees.
