We stand behind every Di Pelle™ product. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we make returning it simple and straightforward.

Return Window

You may return any eligible product within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

Eligible Items

Most Di Pelle products are eligible for return, including:

  • Bags, wallets, and accessories in original condition
  • Unused items with all tags attached
  • Products in original packaging and dust bags

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or monogrammed products
  • Final-sale and clearance items
  • Products showing signs of wear, use, or damage
  • Items without original packaging or tags

How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate the return: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Approval: We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Schedule pickup: We'll arrange a courier to collect the item from your address
  4. Inspection: Once received, our team inspects the product
  5. Resolution: You'll receive a refund or store credit per our refund policy

Return Shipping

For returns within Egypt, we provide a free return pickup for eligible orders. International returns are at the customer's expense unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange immediate replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
