- The product is unused and in its original condition
- All original tags, dust bags, and packaging are intact
- You provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
- The product is not personalized, monogrammed, or part of a final-sale collection
Refund Process
To initiate a refund:

- We will review your request within 2 business days
- Upon approval, we will arrange a return pickup at your convenience
- Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed
Refund Method and Timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/debit card payments: 5–10 business days
- Cash on delivery: via bank transfer within 7 business days
- Digital wallets: within 3–5 business days
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Personalized or monogrammed products
- Final-sale or clearance items
- Products showing signs of use or damage
- Items returned without original packaging
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Return shipping is provided free of charge for eligible refunds within Egypt.
