At Di Pelle™, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent refund process designed to make things right.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition
  • All original tags, dust bags, and packaging are intact
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
  • The product is not personalized, monogrammed, or part of a final-sale collection

Refund Process

To initiate a refund:

  2. We will review your request within 2 business days
  3. Upon approval, we will arrange a return pickup at your convenience
  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed

Refund Method and Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/debit card payments: 5–10 business days
  • Cash on delivery: via bank transfer within 7 business days
  • Digital wallets: within 3–5 business days

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Personalized or monogrammed products
  • Final-sale or clearance items
  • Products showing signs of use or damage
  • Items returned without original packaging

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Return shipping is provided free of charge for eligible refunds within Egypt.
