Order Cancellation Made Easy

We understand that circumstances change. Di Pelle™ offers flexible cancellation options to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth as possible.

When You Can Cancel

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once an order enters the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned per our return policy.

How to Cancel an Order

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to "My Orders"
  2. Select the order you wish to cancel
  3. Click "Request Cancellation" and provide a brief reason (optional)
  4. Confirm — you'll receive an email confirmation

Cancellation Timing

The window for cancellation depends on your order status:

  • Pending / Confirmed: Immediate cancellation available
  • Processing: Cancellation possible within 1–2 hours
  • Packed / Ready to ship: Cancellation possible if not yet handed to courier
  • Shipped: Cannot be cancelled — please refer to our return policy

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Once your cancellation is confirmed, your refund will be processed within:

  • Credit/debit card: 5–10 business days
  • Cash on delivery: No charge — no refund needed
  • Digital wallets: 3–5 business days

Partial Cancellations

If your order contains multiple items, you can cancel specific items rather than the entire order. Contact our customer service team to arrange a partial cancellation.

Cancellation by Di Pelle

In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, you will be notified immediately and any payment refunded in full.
